Polyester strapping. Hand-grade polyester strapping is manually applied to lumber, heavy pallets, and other medium-to-large loads for storage and shipment. It is generally used in low-to-moderate volume applications. It is secured using tensioning tools, seals, and sealers. Polyester strapping retains tension over time and is noncorrosive, so it will not damage surfaces.
